Mao Sugiyama, a self described 'asexual'cooked and seasoned his own genitals to five lucky diners in Tokyo

Freezing the left-overs took on a new meaning at a bizarre meal in Tokyo at which an artist served paying guests with his own penis and testicles which has been surgically removed in March and kept frozen.

Diners paid 20,000 yen ($250) for the meal in which portions of Mao Sugiyama's genitals were seasoned and braised and served with mushrooms and a parsley garnish. 

Sugiyama sold the meals to pay for the surgery and to raise awareness about sexual minorities.

Tokyo police say they are aware of the incident but have taken no action as no laws were broken as cannibalism is not illegal in Japan.
