VALENTINO, Rudolph (1895-1926)

Valentino's first job when he came to the United States in 1913 was as a gardener.

He went on to take the romantic lead in many films, including The Sheik (1921), which was written by Mrs E.M. Hull who was married to a pig-breeder named Percy.
