
The King of Uganda, Rudiki IV, was the world's youngest monarch in 1995 - aged three.
According to a news report from Kampala on 13 November 1988, Ugandan villagers lynched a local rainmaker after crops and homes in the Kabale district were destroyed by hailstones and torrential rain. Villagers beat Festo Kazarwa to death because he had threatened to summon up hailstones if people did not show him more respect.
Uganda is the only country on earth in which more than half the population are under 15.
