In September 2010, Edward Nino of Colombia was declared the smallest adult man on Earth by Guinness World Records. Nino, 24, is 70.21cm (27.64 in) tall. According to his girlfriend Fanny, who is 1.6m (5ft 3in) tall, he likes his women to be of normal size. Unfortunately for him, Khagendra Thapa Magar of Nepal was 14cm shorter and becomes eligible for the title in October 2010 when he turns 18.
