JELLY

A million-dollar lawsuit filed by a New York student who broke his hip after wrestling a friend in jelly was thrown out by a judge in 2008. Avram Wisnia, who organised the event, sued his university for having agreed to the event and for having its food services office supply dustbins full of jelly, but the judge ruled he must have been aware of the potential for injury.
